Andrew Molera State Park
Located 20 miles south of Carmel along Route 1, Andrew Molera State Park is a beautiful park with many hiking trails with spectacular views of the coastal mountains and beaches. Opened in 1972, the park offers 10 miles of hiking trails and 2 1/2 miles of quiet, sandy beaches. The park is also a great spot for biking, camping, fishing and horseback riding. There are 24 camp sites, limited to four people per site. The weather is variable, so layered clothing is advised.
