Mission Santa Cruz
Mission Santa Cruz was founded in 1791 by Father Lausen. The buildings were
completed three years later. The original structure was destroyed by
earthquakes. The mission was reconstructed in 1931. It now contains a small
museum with 18th century relics. Weekly masses are held at the chapel, which
is also available for weddings and funerals.
