Haunted Mansion

haunted mansion

For a spooktacular ride through one of Disneyland’s most famously scary attractions, climb aboard a doom buggy and hold onto your seats. Glancing over your shoulder as also advised as many time hitchhiking ghosts want to ride along with the guests.

A host of unusual houseguests will greet the visitors as they are transported through the Haunted Mansion, performing scary and sometimes silly dances to entertain those on the ride. While the ride through the Haunted Mansion is considered gentle, for some young children images and actors inside the ride may scare young kids. It is not advised that extremely young children go on the path of doom without a parent or older guardian.

While roaming through the Haunted Mansion, visitors will be guided by their ghost host who will take them through the amazing stretching room and past wall portraits that seem to change before their eyes. Looking closely at the table settings inside the Haunted Mansion, you may even see the silhouette of Mickey Mouse on the dishes.

The Ghost Host may also share some of its favorite scary tales as it guides you through the darkened corridors while they are safely inside the doom buggy. Like all attractions at Disneyland, safety is a prime consideration and listening to the instructions from the ghost can make the trip enjoyable for everyone participating in the guided tour.

Rooms are complete with one dedicated to fortune telling, although visitors may already know their future in the Haunted Mansion, and another holds the casket of, well who knows…maybe a previous visitor!
