Indiana Jones Adventure
Riding through the Indiana Jones Adventure may make visitors believe that they are really in the Temple of Doom as in-car sound systems and enhanced motion vehicles add to the realism of this ride. The wrath of Mara will be an ever-present threat as the cars take visitors on a wild ride searching for mystical powers in the lost temple.
The Cavern of Bubbling Death is only one pitfall that turns the trip into tragedy and being watchful of poisoned darts and screaming mummies can threaten everyone’s well-being while on this magical trip. With the cars feeling every bump along the road and up close sound, riders will begin to believe they are in the thick of the real thing.
It is recommended that riders by in reasonably good health to ride this ride. Those with heart trouble or problems with their back, neck or those who suffer from motion sickness should refrain from riding this ride. Young children should be accompanied by an adult and not only an older sibling. This ride is also not recommended for expectant mothers.
Located in Adventureland, this attraction is classified under big thrills and riders under 46-inches tall are not permitted.
Those who are familiar with the Indiana Jones movies will appreciate the detail in the ancient traps and pitfalls built into the Indiana Jones Adventure as well as the Indiana Jones Outpost, adjacent to the ride. At the outpost authentic-looking Indiana Jones clothing and tools are available for guests to purchase to help them remember their wild ride through the ancient temple.
