It's a Small World
In this ride audio-animatronics bring the famous song to life celebrating the quest for unity of many lands while everyone sings, “It’s A Small World After All.” Riding through this attraction dances and costumes from many different continents pay tribute to the diversity of all people and add to the pageantry of this boat ride located in Fantasyland.
Visitors are welcome and even encouraged to sing along with the song as they travel through the ride, watching over 300 audio-animatronics figures bring this spectacle of 100 international dolls to life. It is also a great educational experience for adults and kids alike as they learn about the different people and costumes from all over the world.
This feature was originally created for the 1964 New York World’s Fair and found itself being a very popular attraction in Disneyland on the opposite aide of the country. However, during the winter months the ride is transformed into a Christmas spectacle for a winter wonderland, complete with dolls singing Christmas Carols.
With its tribute to peace and harmony, It’s A Small World offers an exciting tour around the globe for families with toddlers who can sing along with the dolls as their boat passes through the different lands.
