Avalon Bay

Avalon Bay, or more simply known as Avalon, is the largest town on Catalina Island. The population of Avalon is about 3,500 as of 2007. With a beautiful beach overlooking a large bay and many great hotels, shops, restaurants, Avalon is an ideal vacation spot. Avalon also boasts Avalon Casino, a beautiful old building with an enormous elegant ballroom as well as a museum and movie theater.
