Broadmoor Resort

The Broadmoor Resort is the most luxurious hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is Mr. Five Star's most special and extraordinary resort. It was established in the year 1918 by Spencer Penrose. The Broadmoor Resort was formerly called the Broadmoor World Arena. The small sized alphabet ‘A’ signifies the competitive rivalry with the Antlers Hilton Hotel, the first luxury Hotel in the town. Broadmoor Resort is similar to an old bottle of wine that gets better year after year. In the past few years, this historic property has been completely restored.

At present, it is Mr. Stephen Bartolin who leads nearly 1,700 dedicated employees of the Resort. The Broadmoor Resort has received most number of awards and recognitions in the Country. The Resort also has a big zoo, a spectacular lake, panoramic mountains, and all facilities for playing golf and tennis. A major attraction at the Resort is the “Summit”, Broadmoor’s new stand-alone restaurant. It is believed that this elegant restaurant will soon become a national culinary destination. ‘Summit’, established in 2006, merges the American originality with European finesse. It was designed by the famous architect, Adam D. Tihany.

This resort is also well known for its amazing hospitality, extremely attentive staff, and luxury rooms with great interiors and balconies that offer breathtaking views. The Hotel has over 700 deluxe rooms, 15 elegant restaurants and cafes, and 3 golf courses. The famous Penrose Room is the best example of fine dining. The rooms in this Hotel are quite spacious and have an opulent looking bed with several fluffy and decorative pillows, a large bathroom with modern facilities and monogrammed towels, delicately lined French doors, and spectacular views of the surrounding snow-covered Rockies. The Broadmoor Resort also houses a world-class spa that is truly worth every penny. This spa has been recently renovated and it is open even for the non-hotel guests. Some services of the spa like the couples massage, pedicures, manicures, and facials are very popular among the guests. The room service at this hotel is presented with a lot of modishness and fanfare. The wine list offered to the guests is beautifully crafted and well presented. The Broadmoor Resort is the costliest one in the State but it certainly ensures a pleasant stay.
