Kissimmee Sports ArenaThe Kissimmee Sports Arena, situated in Kissimmee, Florida, is a family owned and operated arena that first featured the Friday Night Rodeos in March 1993. It offers visitors a glimpse of a real competition rodeo. It attracts a number of local Cowboys and Cowgirls from all over Central Florida to compete for attractive awards and prize money at the end of every year. However, unlike other professional sports, the cowboys at the Kissimmee Sports Arena do not get to see the cash window until they win. The contestants here also compete for buckles and saddles that are awarded only to the top contestants. The main events hosted at the Arena include Calf Roping, Bareback riding, Saddle Bronc, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, and Calf Scramble. The ropers and riders at the Kissimmee Sports Arena come from all over the south eastern United States. The main amenities offered at the Arena include a full service concession stand behind the bleachers, a Saddle Rack, Kennedy’s western stores, and a grandstand area. In addition, the Arena is home to a full liquor lounge, known as the “Catch Pen Saloon”. This elegant lounge also features a dance floor where the guests can dance the night with the arena’s D.J. The rodeo offers everything from the thrill of the riders to the antics of the rodeo clowns. The Kissimmee Sports Arena offers a lot of action and is a perfect place to enjoy rodeo.
