titanic: the exhibition

“Titanic-The Exhibition”, situated at The Mercado Mediterranean Village on International Drive in Orlando, Florida, is the first permanent Titanic exhibit in the world. This exhibit has encapsulated Titanic, the most pioneering and inimitable presentations of the eternal story until date, through full-scale scenic environments, cutting edge technology, live interactive interpretations by raconteurs in period costumes, and replicas of the actual rooms from the ship, including the magnificent Grand Staircase. It also features over 200 invaluable historic treasures and artifacts from some of the celebrated private collections in the world. Some of the most impressive artifacts put on display in the exhibit include the authentic movie memorabilia from classic films like “A Night to Remember”, and a costume worn by actor Leonardo Di Caprio in the Oscar-winning motion picture, ‘Titanic’.

“Titanic - The Exhibition" help the visitors enjoy and appreciate the Edwardian splendor and magnificence that made Titanic the preeminent ship ever built. Here, visitors can relive the haunting sights, sounds, and emotions of one of the most terrific chapters in modern history. The Photo Gallery showcases a portrait of the Titanic designer Thomas Andrews, a painting portraying the Belfast Shipyard, where Titanic was built, and another painting depicting Titanic’s departure from Southampton. The exhibit also features a Butcher’s Shop, Bergamos, Center Courtyard, and an International Food Court. “Titanic-The Exhibition” is easily accessible and can be easily reached via the Sandlake Road or the Central Florida Parkway.
