Shamu Stadium, one of the major attractions at SeaWorld, features park’s amazing killer whale performers. It is the only place to see the park’s killer whale mascot, Shamu. The two major productions featured at the Stadium include Believe and Shamu Rocks America. The former is presented throughout the year while the latter is featured only during the busier seasons. The seating at the stadium offers views both from above and under the water surface.
As the stadium is always very crowded, it is strongly recommended to purchase tickets well in advance and arrive at the stadium before Showtime in order to get a good seat. The ‘Splash Zones’ provide the best views of the show and the killer whale gladly soaks all those who occupy a seat in these areas. The shows featured at the Shamu Stadium are usually 20 to 30 minutes long and are certainly not to be missed at any cost. There are many other attractions at the Park that present Shamu’s outstanding leaping, diving, and the ability to entertain its visitors. ‘Shamu Adventure’ and ‘Shamu: Close Up!’ are two such attractions and are truly worthwhile.
