Country Bear Jamboree
Country Bear Jamboree, situated at Frontier-land in the Magic Kingdom theme park of the Walt Disney World Resort, is theater-style attraction featuring audio-animatronic characters. The Jamboree is best known for its old fashioned music. The Country Bears entertain one and all in the Grizzly Hall during the show. The major landmarks located nearby include the Pecos Bill Café and the Frontier-land Shootin’ Gallery. Disney merchandise, souvenirs, hats, and various sundries can be purchased at Big Al’s located next to the Country Bear Jamboree.
As the guests enter the Grizzly Hall, they are welcomed by nearly 16 minutes of excellent ol’ country music. The audience is then entertained by a raccoon, a buffalo, a moose, a stag, and as many as 18 bears. The most popular characters of the Jamboree include Ted, Henry, Big Al, Zed, Liverlips McGrowl, Trixie, Teddi Beara, Bunny, Bubbles, and Beulah. The show is hosted by Melvin, Max, and Buff.
The Country Bear Jamboree is a family fun show and is a favorite with all ages. The Country Bear Jamboree also features a Christmas Special show, which plays every year from Thanksgiving Day until right after the New Year. This show is a ‘must-see’ for all the Country Bear fans.
