Epcot’s World Showcase Pavilion has 11 countries displaying their national heritage, culture, architecture, cuisine, and all other aspects unique to their country. “Reflections of China Pavilion” helps guests at Epcot to get close to the land of the dragon and savor the delights presented by one of the world’s largest populous nation.
For an unforgettable journey into the Chinese land, guests enter the Temple of Heaven where they are presented with an impressive 20 minute 360 Degree Circle-Vision movie. Here Li Bai, a renowned Chinese poet from the 8th century acts as a guide and takes them to some of the majestic and awe-inspiring wonders located in China. Encounter the Great Wall of China, the Hunan Mountain Ranges, the Mongolian Plains and the Forbidden City. The engaging introduction, the spectacular appearance of the presentation, and the amazing architectural wonders truly make an impact on one and all.
Other attractions include, The Land of Many Faces Gallery, Tomb Warriors – an exhibit on the ancient Chinese Guardian Spirits, a lively acrobatic show called Dragon Legend Acrobats, the Shanghai folk music show called Si Xian and a shopping center. The Chinese pavilion is also acclaimed for its breathtaking landscapes, especially the Chinese garden with traditional trees and captivating plants.
The restaurants Nine Dragons and Lotus Blossom café serve some mouthwatering Chinese cuisine.
