The Museum of Nebraska History, situated in Lincoln, Nebraska, is the only museum that features more than 10, 000 years of history of the people and cultures of the U. S. State of Nebraska. This outstanding history museum holds a wide variety of exhibits pertaining to the history of the state, from the first Nebraskans to the settlement of the state by the pioneer people. The fine collections at the Museum comprise of a number of Native American artifacts, memorabilia, early pioneer heirlooms, historical images, and authentic historical documents. Some of the main highlights include Nebraska’s beaded leather and fabric quilts, a WWII living room, a Pawnee earth lodge, a Cushman Motors airborne scooter, and a Kawasaki motorcycle.

The most impressive exhibition at the Museum is the “Nebraska’s Citizen Soldiers in the 21st Century”.
