The Showcase Mall, situated in close proximity to MGM Grand, on the famed Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, is an entertainment and retail complex that combines good eating, fun, and great shopping. This multilevel mall is popular with the tourists owing to its proximity to the major luxury resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. The major attraction at the Showcase Mall is the M & M’s World, which is best known for the chocolate themed fun that it offers. The "I Lost My M in Las Vegas," a 3-D show, plays on the third floor of the mall with a free admission to the M & M Academy.
The multimillion dollar Gameworks is situated at the basement of the mall. The multi-sensory games, based on Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Twister, are developed by DreamWorks SKG, Steven Spielberg, Universal Studios, and Sega Enterprises. Another attraction here is the 75 ft (22.8 m) rock-climbing wall that begins in Gameworks and makes its way into the mall’s center. The World of Coca-Cola is dedicated to the joy of Cola and houses thousands of home accessories, souvenir bottles, and clothing. The two-storey adidas store at the Showcase Mall features a plethora of apparel, footwear and accessories for every sport, for both men and women.
Other attractions at the Mall include the Grand Canyon Experience, a Houdini Magic Shop; the United Artists Cinema, the only first-run movie theater on the Las Vegas Strip; and La Salsa, a restaurant and food court featuring everything from Wendy’s to Starbucks. Ample parking space and internet facilities are also available at the mall. Showcase Mall is a great holiday destination for people of all ages and is a “must-see” in Las Vegas.
